There?s something that?s irritated me with the Mede8er from day 1 and I haven?t seen it mentioned here.
I?ve noticed when playing audio files the unit does not play the first half a second or so of the track. Also when playing albums where there?s a seamless transition from one track to another there is an annoying pause in between the tracks. This easily noticeable when listening to live recordings, which make up a large portion of the music I listen to. I find this very irritating.
I bought the unit about two months ago and I haven?t updated the firmware admittedly so I?m not sure whether a firmware update will resolve the problem. I?ve seen the problem mentioned on the Mede8er forum but so far there does not seem to be a solution to it.
Is anybody bothered by this as I am & is there a solution?
