I have given some metalwork to a experienced sheetworker who intends to retire in 3 years.
Last night I get invited to come and inspect the work done.
Much to my surprise the angle's were slightly out - enough to make the top cover holes non aligned and the box slightly warped. The rest of the work was perfect.
Now I ask myself- would that not have been fairly obvious before inviting me over ? Or is this just the way we work ?
I am not sheetworker and I to date I have build two alu boxes myself and on both of the occasions, none of the above problems were experienced.
