Hi All
Data is shockingly expensive, as you may know. I am currently on Vodacom - my contract expired so I am on month-to-month; and there is zero benefit to renewing. There are semi-decent deals to be had but ONLY for prepaid subscribers (i.e., loyal contract users are subsidising prepaid).
Does anyone perhaps use a Mi-Fi device, or similar, in order to have data on the go? So the small modem-like device in which you can put the (relatively affordable) data-only prepaid data SIM cards and just top up as necessary, and connect the phone or tablet to the wireless network it creates?
Cheers
