Tried everything! Reset to factory settings, checked master-volume, all mute buttons. Still volume very soft and that is with the preamp turned to 100% volume. Even tried from balanced input to rca. It plays so I don't think the unit is faulty and when I 1st received it the sub was pounding made a few adjustments and to tone it down and EVER SINCE its soft.
Anyone else experience this? Any ideas?...
