Monitor Audio Gold finish

I just bought a set of Monitor Audio Gold GX300 in mint condition.It is in Ebony finish that was not normally available as you can see from the brochure. It was a special order where the previous owner paid R6000 extra just for this finish. Does anyone know if there were more Golds imported with this specific finish to South Africa?
