A buddy has a pair of these cans the left cup stopped working - it seems like a loose connection inside - he has opened it up and noticed it worked when pressing a bit on the cable jack - but then can't get them to work when closing it.
He has tried to get it repaired under warranty from Amazon, but neither Amazon or Monoprice want's to accept the responsibility of honoring the warranty.
Any recommendations for someone in Cape Town to repair?
