I went to BWH to buy some stainless steel bolts and some oil. I didn't like the price on the bolts (R220) or the oil (R250) so I left and went to Northern Bolt and Tool via my cr@ppy local Midas.
Oil at Midas is R232, identical bolts at Northern are R135.
SO for the bolts BWH is more than 60% more expensive! Or seen another way, if Northern are marking up by 80%, BWH are marking up by 200%.
So much for buying power - it pays to stick to your local specialist for a lot of stuff.
