Hi All
My first post on this forum as music lover and above all, sound lover! I'm currently using a Cambridge Audio 651A (75wpc) amp to drive my Monitor Audio GS60 speakers 200w (which I bought for an absolute bargain). Also using CA DAC Magic 100. The sound to me is amazing, these speakers doesn't miss a beat. Very very pleased!
However, at very high volumes, I can hear that the speakers start to lose some grip. I can get the New Cambridge Audio 851A (120wpc) for a very very good price.
Just wondering weather the better amp, with 45w of extra, power would make the GS60's sound even better, especially at higher volumes?
Cheers
