MP3 to WAV/FLAC converter Recommendation please

Can anyone recommend a good converter for MP3 to WAV or FLAC?  I had Aimersoft on my old PC and it worked well.  Most 'free' ones only convert one song or part of a song.  Preferably one that is offline and free without malware or adware.  All the music is legally owned by me
