Hi guys,

On or around the 18th of March, MTN did "something" in the area where I work. Since then, signal strength has gone for a loop, dropped calls, loss of data connections etc. To date, my complaints have not had any meaningful effect.  :mad: I should also mention that all our company cellphone contracts are with MTN...

Can anyone assist with suggestions on how to escalate a coverage complaint?
