Just out of curiousity 
I know that Pipe Organs can produce extremely low frequencies(down to 16Hz I think), but are the lowest frequencies that an electric bass and double bass can produce?
What about other musical instruments that can produce low frequencies?
Off course there is a reason for asking this, how else I was looking at some speaker specs last night and was wondering how applicable it is to most people to have speakers that can reproduce sounds as low as 30Hz.
