So I'm very new to all of this... and I need some help.
I took over this system from my dad. He bought it new in 1981 and its been running ever since. However I've run into a problem. One of the channels is dead on the amp, the autostart function on the turntable does not work and the tapedeck keeps popping the tape out mid play and the tuners needle does not move (it still works though). Only thing I'm really worried about is the one dead channel on the amp.
The setup is as follows:
Sansui A9 Amplifier
Sansui T7 Tuner
Sansui FR-D55 Turntable
Sansui RS-(not sure of model)
Sansui Tape Deck(not sure of model)
Are there worth the possible repairs? seeing as I got them for free.
I'll take pics as soon as I can get up my stairs again
