Was asked by a few to post some pics of my Jounzer build.
So I thought I would share how far I have come with it. The case! a donation by the famed Mr Kent Kassler, thanx Andre :2thumbs: was an old Behringer Eurodesk 150W power supply which was on it's way out to see better days. I sanded it down completely, primer, flat with water paper, primer, flat again and then one last coat of primer followed by another flat. Satin black, followed by a flat, satin black and flat again. I messed up on one or 2 places, spray never set fully so it kind peeled. The heatsink I got from Chesler Cantrell television in Plumstead as I could not get anything else anywhere. The caps and other components ain't the best of the best, but as my funds are limited it's all I could get. Only just mounted the rear connections and the tranny, lots more to do on the inside. 2 x 80mm fans to go up against the heatsink to help with cooling. The case has a cool design in that the rear has slits in it, which would allow the fans to draw in cool air from the back and push it out at through the top slits.
So here you guys go, I would love to see anybody else's build with these modules.
That meebos wreaked havoc! Caused alot of :cr@p:
Anyway's, any ideas suggestions would be welcomed, would like to add a small stereo pre-amp at a later stage.
Cheers
