My Atmos dilemma, need help please

Hi

So i recently upgraded my Av receiver 5.2.2 to support Atmos and DTS X. my setup is a normal 5.1 with the rear surrounds being in-ceiling.
I want to add two more in-ceiling for atmos but skeptical because of the rear surrounds already in ceiling and might not get the height effect.

What do you guys think? Is some atmos sound better than no atmos at all?
