My Father passed away late last year and no matter how many times we advised Standard Bank, my Mother was harassed on a weekly basis and eventually handed over to an an attorney's firm, which sent me the wonderful news this morning via this email:

Rowland have advised us that he is Unemployed, and in those circumstances we request that you urgently provide us with the relevant documentation (An Affidavit, A Three Month Bank Statement and an Income and Expenditure Statement) in order for us to take instructions from our client.
