My first DIY - Rud-e is the real deal

Will probably do a story on this in AVSA, so pics and full description will follow, but I wanted to thank Rudi.

Built a preamp using his AD815 line driver, a digital volume control he had lying around.

Did a terrible job and mucked it up, he spent the whole day yesterday fixing my stuff ups. I now have it back, and it sounds great. Very clean, very open, amazing dynamics and control. Knocks ten types of **** out of the high-ish end valve pre I currently have on review.
