As some of you who know me know I have been languishing without a dedicated room for a year now.
I have finally made the 1st move in building a dedicated room
Dimensions will be about 6m X 4.5m
There will be significant challenges in sound proofing the room as not to disturb a bedroom that borders an existing wall.
There will be pics but it many look like a garage extension project. It is as I'm extending to free up the space at the back of the original garage. Entrance will be via my entertainment area.
