I finally got around to assembling them on the weekend - the exam season is almost over! Nothing fancy, they each consist of two pieces of wood, connected by a sand-filled PVC pipe, and held together by a threaded rod - inspired by the TNT Audio Stubby project. Total cost of materials (wood, tint, varnish, spray paint, pipes, rods, etc.): under R250
