My son wants to study IT

To those IT professionals on the forum:

My son has finished his Matric this year, and wants to study Bachelor of Information Technology, - at CTI. He has registered, but I have a feeling there are better institutions out there?

Am I wrong?

Could anybody maybe advise or make some suggestions or recommendations?
