I have been a long time The Absolute sound subscriber but the last few months I have been struggling with their app crashing.
Here follows my email correspondence with them and particular a person called Daissy.
I have now deleted and reinstalled the app 3 times on my ipad pro.
The magazine download works fine but as soon as I click on ?READ? the app closes.
Please help.

I KNOW YOU DONT SUPPORT THE APP ANY MORE. You told me twice already.
I also told you that I dont have an account via your website therefore I cant download the magazines via your website.
My subscription was done via the apple store.

Please tell me how must I get the magazines from your website without a login there?

You will have to contact the Apple department as they have a different database for their subscribers. We would not have your subscription here.

Let me explain the problem again (last time I promise and then I will give up).
I use your app (which you told me you dont support any more) I have subscribed for a year through the app on TAS magazine.
Now the app does not work any more but I have paid for magazines up to July.
I have no idea how the app gets the magazine from you and to be honest I dont care its not my problem.
As mentioned numerous times I dont have a login on your site to download the copies now.
I sincerely apologise that I cant explain the situation clearer than that.
