NAD 3020 and subwoofer

Good day, gentlemen,

I have recently acquired one of these glorious amplifiers and was wondering if someone could explain to me how to run a subwoofer off it?  It will be alongside my (also new) 685's.  Sub I currently have is a Jamo 200.  If it makes a noticeable difference, I'll gladly look at upgrading my sub.

P.s. New to all of this, so try and keep it simple, if at all possible.
