nad 5120 help

Hey AudioHeads...

A friend gave me NAD 5120 Turntable.

Two issues though...

1. the belt keeps slipping out
2. there is no stylus

So would like to know where I can get a replacement stylus... and what I can do about the drivebelt.

Or if someone in Cape Town can check it out.
