NAD CD C545BEE - what do you think?

Hello,

At the moment I have a NAD C521i CD player (+-8 years old?).
I have an opportunity to get a newish C545BEE at a "good price" (R2500-R3000).
Is it worth it? The new list price is almost double, and it received good reviews, and it's much newer than the 521i, but I don't know if the money will really buy sound improvement? Has anyone heard both?

As a side note, what would you be prepared to pay for a NAD C515 BEE  or NAD C542 CD player?
