Hi. I have been on the net looking for a firmware update for my T748. I see on forums that people are having problems with this AV receiver including me.
Sometimes the volume is much lower than normal even though the volume display is correct and once I had silence on all the digital inputs and only the tuner worked. Pulling out the mains kettle plug and leaving it off for a few minutes solved this.
I bought this for the kids system to get them up to date with HDMI and 3D etc, but I don't want to have an erratic receiver.
Does anyone know who the agents are, and as far as I'm concerned there should be a recall on these to be sorted.
