Does not pitch even if he says to you face to face that he is returning in the morning, been here 4 times since we accepted quote and paid 60% deposit on the 20th of March..Despite rain water flooding through my roof onto newly installed wooden floors..Does not awnser his phones, does not return calls.
Have no choice but to open up a case of theft
