Neatly covering a window?

Anyone have advice on how to neatly seal/cover the window behind the screen? I'd like a complete seal - that can be undone relatively easily when I move one day.

I was thinking of boarding it up and filling the gaps with polifiller or something.... I want a non-builder use approach, I am so tired of their sloppy work.
