Need help choosing AV Stand

I am not sure if this is the right section to post this question, I need help choosing an AV Stand - I want something that will be able to accommodate most of my components which consist of a receiver, playstation, mede8er, mid speaker and then a place to store a couple of dvds/cds.

I have the following desk/stand in mind from rochester - I don't know how effective it will be should I rather be looking more for something built specifically for AV purposes?
I am restricted to a maximum length of about out 1.8m.

Any thoughts or recommendations will be appreciated.
