Need help finding an SPDIF backplate

Hi guys,

Do any of you perhaps know where I can find an SPDIF backplate for a pc?

The specific model number for a Gigabyte one is 12CR1-1SPOUT-12 but no matter where I look, it doesn't look lake it's an addon that you can readily buy.
