Needing Help Keith Monks CR500

I'm turning to the vinyl heads to help me in my endeavour. I'm looking for information on the Keith Monks CR 500 Record Cleaner. Any hints, manuals or part information. Been offered one, but it isn't working. I think it just needs a bit of "negotiation".
