Networking WAF...think again

Finally got round to finishing *most* of the CAT6 wiring at my place - including a little rewiring to bring everything to a single point.  Listening room, main bedroom, formal lounge, TV room now all wired, just the courtyard and pool area left to do for another day.  To whoever designed my roof...*******, there's not a meter that I can stand upright in there.

I'm going to be installing some shelviing to house a gigabit switch and both my Microservers.  Any clever ideas re trunking for all that wire?
