So been checking out the Emotiva gear and their prices seemd pretty good - even better now that they have a holiday sale. Has anyone had expereince with their surround kit - in particular the AV processor UMC-1 and pehaps a XPA-5 power amp?
Wanted to know in particular if there are issues with:
(1) the 110-220v?
(2) With the autosetup of the UMC-1? Does it do a good job?
(3) Sound type - is it lean? warm? detailed?
(4) Can the lights get switched off at all
(5) XPA-5 of the UPA-7? (basically 5x200w vs 7x125w)
