Finally kicking off building of new house end of this month and need some advice / direction. I will not have full functionality installed now (budget constraints), but am looking to design in as much potential from the beginning:
- Is it worth having a 'specialist' look at electrical and network layout now (for future automation of lighting, audio distribution, etc)?
- Will need network (wired and wifi) available from the beginning, so would need to have at least this being part of the initial build
- Have a room available for use as cinema / game room - again, will not be finished now but will be in use as TV area for now so wiring, etc can be provisioned for now
- Any recommendations for such 'specialists'?
- Any idea of costs for design/layout services?
