Hi,
Looking at upgrading CD player: Currently using Sony SCD-XA3000es. Rest: Rotel RSX-1055 and M&D Maximus Rubies. Also thinking of getting either Rotel RB-1070 or 1080 to drive front speakers.
Impressed with sound of CA 640c, and am looking at CA 740C. Read many very good reviews of this player. Will have to ask dealer to get one so that I can listen to it. Also has digital input for PS3 with large hard disk drive and Wave files.
How does this compare to the Dacmagic?? It seems a shame to pay double if the sound on both units are similar?
