New foam pads for Grado SR125 'phones

Hi guys

Where could I get a new set of foam pads for the ears for my Grado SR125s? My old foams have disintegrated, so now they fit a bit ill. Or could they be DIY-ed by making something out of foam and material? Any suggestions welcome.
