New forum ?

Following the off topic thread about the Hummer 3 (raps Gert on the knuckles :077: ) I was wondering if you guys would like another forum heading titled say 'Soap Box' or 'I want to ramble' where you could post off topic threads for general discussion without clogging up the Audio/visual threads ?
