new headphone amp from meridian..friggen hell!!!!!!!!!!!

ONLY usb in for the inbuilt dac (no spdif or optical)  , otherwise its a plain old analog HP amp , using crossfeed..

All for the price of GBP2000 (including power supply) - R40 000 landed!!!
They seem to think that this is a wonderful entry level product. any person with meridian gear cannot use it in theior systems , well one can , but jumping thru hoops....

There are a gazillion analog and Dac/analog HP amps out there as that price or cheaper..from a lot of co's  that have had a lot of experience with headphone amps

What the hell were they thinking..one expects more from the leaders in digital technology...
