I'm thinking of buying the following package from Sounds Great:
Onkyo TX-NR609
Polk Audio Rti-A5
Polk Audio Csi-A4
Polk Audio Rti-A1
Polk Audio DSW-PRO 550wi
I can get it for around R25 000.
My use will be music and movies (50:50). Our tv room is about 5x7m. I listen to rock music (mostly - so need system with a bit of punch), but listens to wide variety of music.
Will this package work for my needs and will it have enough "loudness" when listening rock music,or should I go for TSI range (apparently lower quality, but I can get "bigger" sperakers for same price). R25 000 is my absolute max.
Are there guys on the forum that sells polk adio and onkyo, that can give me better price?
