new samsung led with no mounting adaptors for wall mount

Hi All

So this is odd: bought a new Samsung tv and although the holes for vesa mounts exist, there are no threads in these holes.
Ive read about an adaptor kit that is needed but not supplied with TV.
Has anyone successfully mounted a new Samsung TV? was the adaptor included, where can I find these adaptors?
Please help???
