At last!
A mancave!
Some of you have had one for years...but at last we've moved into a house where I have a fully dedicated mancave. It is upstairs loft, wooden flooring, but will definately make it work. Boxes are still not unpacked properly, but wanted to "see" what I've got to deal with. Initial impressions not as bad as I would have thought for wooden flooring and pitched ceiling. Still a bit to go, and hoping Ethan with his wise words can come in here
Centre channel and rears not even unpacked yet. All in due course.
From the graphs you can see the effect of moving and pointing of the speakers, and the difference to the Spendor SA1. Listening position is about 4m away...Looking now at some serious acoustic work, diffusers etc. Red graph from moving the speakers closer to the rear wall. Had them at about 1m away on the carpet (per photo).
