Again, have not tried it, but I think "up to" just means you get whatever the resolution is at which the track / album has been uploaded - Tidal does not provide an option to process a higher resolution down to a lower high resolution when downloading under the "Max" setting, it will only do that for "low" and "high" options. Some albums / tracks are only available as 16 bit - 44.1kHz, so for those I think that's what you will get, even when downloading under the "max" option.</p></blockquote><p></p>
