New to the forum and looking into buying some new or second hand equipment. I currently have a Sansui 5.1 system with some Kenwood fronts that needs to be upgraded!
I have set my sights on an entry level system similar to Dion Wired's Marantz SR5004 and Jamo S506HCS3 offer which is at a cost of R12999, or possibly a longer term (and budget) setup. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with the above rig and any advice is appreciated. Currently browsing the classifieds and Junkmail too, but see the receiver possibly being a huge expense on some of the bigger front floor standers around like the Jamo C605 and C607. I am not sure if anyone can recommend suppliers in Jhb?
