Perhaps it was there before, but it is set to auto Tweet on Twitter any topics (and maybe posts) you write in the forum.
Probably only applies of you have Twitter installed, but watch out that you might be Tweeting to the whole world that you're crazy, not just amongst your fellow forumites. ;-)
The setting is under the 'Open Advanced Options' bar while creating a post. Might also be under 'settings as a default'
