Newcomer feeling very welcome and grateful for all the help!

I've very recently started actively participating in the forum and can I just say I'm overwhelmed with the amount of help / advice / suggestions / info / referrals etc that was offered! I should have been an active member long ago.

I hope I can return the favour and be of similar value to my fellow forumites in the future.
