I am considering cancelling my newspaper subscriptions.

I normally get to the office at 6:45 - 7:00, and after disarming the alarm I grind some coffee beans to make a fresh pot of coffee. While the pot is brewing I scan my emails, then grab a cup of coffee while I scan the newspaper headlines. I normally start reading the first page as I start with my second cup and I normally finish the pot by the time as I finish the main section. While I make the second pot I normally scan the business section (at the coffee machine while the second pot is brewing) as it is close to the dustbin, and start with the second pot when I start with the sport section.

However, I have been experiencing heart palpitations and chest pains as I read the sports section, and I believe that all the bad news (murder, malema, moron sport administrators) is bad for my health, so I am considering cancelling my newspaper subscription.

However, perhaps I should not read the sports section ?

Regards
