Boardmaster in Robertsham and dealt with Darryl, Went there on Thursday to purhase a new counter top, paid for it and was told it would be delivered that same afternoon..Monday it eventually gets here, badly scratched, I mean gashed... my first contact with them afterwards was once I pulled the sticky plastic off and to discovered the gashes...this is their reply via email

Our boards and tops are cheched 3 times when loaded and it would seem that
it will hardly be likely that we would have sent out a scratched top.
Also you should have phoned us as soon as you received the top.
We are therefore unable to replace the top for you
