We've had a nightmare tenant for many, many months ... we've lost in excess of R125,000, she lies, she's taken us to court, she is arrogant, she fights with all the neighbors, she's rude etc
But the nightmare should come to an end this week 8th January - though we're expecting another curve ball coming our way / damage to the unit and we'll probably need the Sheriff / force of some sort. If - however - it does end ... I'd like to do anything (legally) possible to make her a life a misery. Anyone that is more clued up - what can I do?
I intend to blacklist her on TPN to protect others
I intend to take to her to small claims court. Although, this is only R20,000 that can be reclaimed and I don't expect anything back - what if she doesn't attend / can't pay ?
Can I get a garnishee order - and how ?

Can we get an order to force her to sell what she has ?
