No service from B&W, no answer from local agent

Have a B&W DB1 subwoofer.  Registered it with B&W

The mono input does not work
The signal level, when a single lead is attached to the stereo input, has to be boosted to 3 volts and the input level to increased to +6db in order to hear anything

B&W's website does not provide an email address in their "Contact B&W" link, but takes you back to a support page

The agents are shown as

1 - Sound and Cinema - profess to know nothing about this model
2 - Caldis - their comment - you did not buy it from us so we cannot assist
3 - Hfx systems in Johannesburg

Two more retailers listed have no knowledge about this model

Sent an email to sales[member=7501]HFXsystems[/member].com on 3rd September, 1st October and 29th October. No response

Called the 011- number.  That email address is for sales

"Yes we are aware of these issues but have not had instructions what to do".  "Did you upgrade firmware?"  No links to firmware on website
