Hi all...
Been thinking "in layman a terms" as I am not a scientist .
How would I best get a specific range of frequency (hertz , cycles per second) to ocupy a cable.
I read about filters , active and passive crossovers and to be honest I am now more confused then I was before.
So if you take out of the equation the equipment , speaker drivers , boxes and designs etc...
Then , how would you for example ensure only low notes in the 15 to 70 hertz occupies a specific cables end Point...
Or the second example is how do you ensure for example a cable only delivers high 4k to 1k range for example...
Hope the question is even put correctly...if possible at all.
Also what is the best way to measure these things at home .... DIY ?
