Nuprime uDSD driver software help?

Good day Gents,

Can anyone please assist?  I have an oldish laptop with Win 7 32bit OS installed.  Trying to get it to play music files on the laptop via a Nuprime uDSD usb dac.  No luck at all.  Keep telling me the driver did not install correctly.  I have downloaded a "Nuprime" driver from DriverMax on the net but it does not want to install on the laptop.  :'(
Any other suggestions what I must do to fix the problem or which correct USB driver software I need to use?  ray:
