I recently bought a set of Sansui AA2900 speakers from Ghostinthemachine. For their age, they are very decent sounding and I've been enjoying them as part of a basic bedroom set-up. Anyway, got a bit bored this afternoon and decided to open them to check out how they look inside. :
Then I realized the tweeters are both off set to the right. Isn't it normal for speakers with off set tweeters to have them LH/RH on either speaker? Like these little black monitors. At first I thought I had 2 LH speakers but there's no markings to indicate LH/RH, so I can only assume they are meant to be like that.
Can anyone just explain again why you'd want tweeters off set?
Thanks!
